Chinese medicine's meridian concept dictates that the liver meridian is the one that has to keep up with this stress. This workshop will included a specially designed yin sequence, meditation, and essential oils designed to enhance your liver meridian and leave you feeling cleansed, clear, and calm.
What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga postures are slow in nature and held between 3-5 minutes, designed to bring on either gentle compression or pulling of the connective tissue and fascia of the body. Yin yoga offers the practitioner an opportunity to develop a mindfulness practice, learn the art of slowing down, and enhance the yang practice (i.e. vinyasa).
